Tummy Shield Company Pty Ltd accepts payment via PayPal, MasterCard and Visa card. If you wish to pay by  Bank Cheque, Bank Deposit or Money Order go to Contact Us and we will send you Mail Order Form.

Payment by credit card is made via PayPal, it will be processed 24/7 in real time. For other method of payment, order will be processed as soon as payment is cleared.

Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.

Delivery Of Your Products

Your order will be delivered within 14 working days. This period shall commence from the date of receipt of your payment.

The estimated delivery times exclude Saturday, Sundays and Australian Public holidays.

We make every effort to ship your Order on or before estimated delivery times provided, if there is a problem with stock we will contact you by email you provided. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time and you have not heard from us, please Contact Us immediately.

Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver your order to the address as indicated on your Order Confirmation. If the courier does not find anyone at that address, a calling card will be left with details of how to arrange another delivery time.

Should you decide to have your product left without a signature acceptance, Tummy Shield Company Pty Ltd will not accept any liability for loss, theft or damage to your delivery. You will be solely responsible for any loss to the Product after delivery.

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the product is faulty, please return within 14 days of invoice date to the return address on the parcel, and we will refund the cost of the product, refund will not include Postage & Handling fees paid.

Refund is subject to product being in new condition and in original packaging undamaged for replacement or refund.

If a replacement Product is required, it will be shipped to you at our expense after the faulty product is returned to us.

A refund will be issued by cheque or a credit to “Your Account” depending on method of payment used.
